On Sunday, May 24, 2026, the fourth meeting of the University Council for the year 2026 was held in the meeting hall at the university administration at exactly 11:00 a.m., attended by:  

- The President of the University  

- The Vice President for Academic Affairs  

- The Director of the University Language Center  

- The Director of the Office of International Cooperation  

- The deans of the university faculties  

The meeting discussed several items referred by council members to be presented at the council meeting. At the beginning, after opening the session, the floor was given to the Director of the Office of International Cooperation, who presented a comprehensive report on the office’s work and achievements during the period from June 2025 to May 2026. He requested the deans of faculties to exert more effort to encourage faculty members to participate in proposed projects for approval or discussion and then submission.  

After that, the discussion of the agenda items began, which included monitoring studies and examinations, postgraduate studies, other topics, and any new matters.  

The meeting continued until 1:30 p.m.
