On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, the sixth periodic meeting of research and consultancy centers at Libyan universities was held via Google Meet at 11:00 PM. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Mahmoud Zreig, Director of the Research, Consultancy, and Training Center at Sabratha University. He opened the meeting with a welcome and presented the following agenda:

1. Mechanism for activating the agreement: Various proposals were discussed, including:  

  - Inventory of equipment and tools available at Libyan universities  

  - Establishment of mechanisms for forming joint research teams in vital disciplines that serve the community  

  - Determining research priorities  

2. Updates and new activities:  

  - Annual inventory of scientific output  

  - The possibility of establishing a unified regulation to ensure optimal operation of the centers  

At the conclusion, attendees agreed to hold the next meeting during the first week of April 2025, to be chaired by the Director of the Research and Consultancy Center at Derna University.

The meeting adjourned at 12:15 AM.
