Today, Sunday, May 25, 2025, a specialized training workshop titled "Utilizing Generative AI Tools in Analyzing Relationships Between Previous Studies and Identifying Research Gaps" was launched. The event is organized in collaboration between the Training Center at Gharyan University and the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Science – Gharyan.

The workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to use the latest AI tools in scientific research, particularly in analyzing connections between previous studies and identifying research gaps.

The event has drawn a wide participation from faculty members and researchers across various colleges of Gharyan University, along with attendees from the University of Tripoli, Nalut University, and the Academy of Graduate Studies.

The workshop is being held in the university administration’s meeting hall and will run for two days (May 25–26, 2025), from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

The sessions are led by Prof. Samar Al-Arabi and Dr. Intisar Al-Jali from the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Science – Gharyan.

This initiative marks a significant step toward strengthening academic and research collaboration among Libyan universities, contributing to the advancement of scientific research in the region.
