Gharyan University Concludes Training Workshop on Organizational Behavior in Higher Education at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

As part of its ongoing efforts to develop the capabilities of academic and administrative staff, Gharyan University concluded today, Thursday, August 14, 2025, a training workshop titled “Organizational Behavior in Higher Education” at the university’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Shaaban Mohamed Fadel, Professor at the Faculty of Education – Gharyan and a certified international trainer.

The workshop was implemented through collaboration between the Faculty Affairs Administration and the Human Resources Development Office, under the supervision of the university’s Training Committee. It aimed to enhance administrative and leadership concepts in line with the demands of higher education.

The closing ceremony was attended by:

Dr. Abdulaziz Aboudina – Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Director of the International Cooperation Office  

Dr. Tarek Al-Arabi – Director of the Training Center  

Mr. Shukri Al-Maqdouli – Director of the Human Resources Development Office  

The ceremony included the distribution of participation certificates to trainees and the honoring of Dr. Shaaban Mohamed Fadel with a certificate of appreciation and the university shield in recognition of his outstanding efforts in delivering the workshop and achieving its objectives.
