Gharyan University participated in hosting Al-Majd Academy for Football Talents in Gharyan, along with a group of veteran stars from Tripoli, in a sports and social visit aimed at strengthening bonds of friendship and communication among athletes and promoting sportsmanship among the nation’s youth.  

The event included a friendly match held at Al-Tarabut Club Stadium in Taghruna, bringing together the veterans of Al-Majd Academy Gharyan and the veteran stars of Tripoli. The match ended in a goalless draw (0–0), characterized by high sportsmanship and beautiful technical touches that revived memories of the golden era for the fans.  

On the sidelines of the occasion, Al-Majd Academy presented certificates of appreciation to several prominent sports figures from Gharyan and Tripoli, in recognition of their contributions and significant role in serving sports and supporting athletic and youth activities.  

At the conclusion of the event, the President of Gharyan University and the Director of the Sports Activities Office were honored for their support of this occasion.
