Gharyan University Participates in EU4Skills Digital Transformation Training Program
The “Training of Trainers” program within the digital transformation component of the EU4Skills project kicked off today, Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Al-Saraya Al-Hamra University, with the participation of academics and representatives from several Libyan universities and educational institutions, including Gharyan University, Tripoli, Misrata, and Sebha Universities, as well as the Faculty of Computer Technology and the Faculty of Electronic Technology in Tripoli.
The program comes as a continuation of a series of advanced trainings organized in cooperation with ESPRIT University, focusing on developing digital curricula and adopting modern teaching methods in higher and technical education institutions.
Gharyan University had an active presence in this program, as part of its orientation toward enhancing digital transformation and building the capacities of its academic staff, supporting the development of a modern educational environment based on interactive learning and digital technologies. This presence reflects the university’s commitment to engaging in international initiatives aimed at modernizing education and linking it to labor market requirements.
The training continues until the end of the week under the supervision of ESPRIT University, with the aim of transferring acquired expertise and knowledge to Libyan educational institutions, ensuring the sustainability of the training’s impact and expanding its benefits.
