A new step in the journey of quality and institutional excellence: The Faculty of Law and Political Science submits its institutional accreditation file
In a new step added to the ongoing journey of academic and institutional development, the institutional accreditation file for the Faculty of Law and Political Science – Gharyan University was submitted today to the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions, after completing all required documents and conditions in accordance with approved standards and regulations.Submitting the file comes as the result of continuous efforts and coordinated institutional work involving faculty members, staff, department heads, committees, administrations, offices, and units across the faculty, in a process where expertise and efforts were integrated and individual responsibility aligned with collective work to reach this important milestone in the faculty’s progress. The work covered all components of the faculty, including the Law Department, the Political Science Department, the Quality and Performance Follow‑up Department, and all related units, committees, and academic and administrative structures, reflecting the faculty’s commitment to establishing a comprehensive quality system that goes beyond fulfilling requirements and documents, aiming instead to build a sustainable institutional culture rooted in planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement. For us, accreditation is not merely a document we seek to obtain, but a culture we strive to instill and an institutional practice we aim to make part of the faculty’s identity and daily performance. As the faculty submits this file, it recognizes that this step is not the end of the road, but the beginning of a new phase of work, evaluation, and improvement in preparation for the upcoming assessment and field‑visit stages, leading — God willing — to achieving institutional accreditation. On this occasion:The administration of the Faculty of Law and Political Science – Gharyan University extends its sincere thanks, appreciation, and gratitude to everyone who contributed to preparing this file and completing its requirements:Dr. Salem Mqeeq, Head of the Quality and Performance Follow‑up DepartmentFaculty members, staff, department heads, committee members, and quality coordinatorsAdministrations, offices, and unitsEveryone who provided effort, insight, or cooperation that contributed to accomplishing this taskThis achievement was not made by a single entity, but by the spirit of teamwork and the belief that developing the institution is a shared responsibility, and that quality is continuous work not tied to an occasion or a file, but to a methodology we believe in and practice. Thanks to every hand that worked, every mind that planned, every effort exerted, and every moment invested to make the Faculty of Law and Political Science more capable of fulfilling its academic and societal mission, and more prepared for future requirements. From completing the file… to continuing the journey of excellence.Together toward quality… toward accreditation… toward institutional distinction.Faculty of Law and Political Science – Gharyan University
