The President of the University, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the Director of the International Cooperation Office participated today in the National Framework event to enhance the employability of graduates in Libya. The event was organized within the "EU4Skills" project, implemented by Expertise France in Libya in partnership with several ministries, national institutions, and the private sector. It was hosted by the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, with the attendance of officials and representatives of national and international institutions concerned with education and employment.
The event featured speeches from the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the President of the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, representatives of the European Union Delegation to Libya, the Embassy of France, and Expertise France. The speeches highlighted the importance of supporting vocational training programs, practical training, and enhancing the efficiency of national cadres.
This event comes within the framework of the EU4Skills project, which aims to support the education and training sector in Libya by building the capacities of academic and training institutions, improving the quality of educational outputs, and equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective integration into the labor market. The project seeks to keep pace with economic and developmental changes and contribute to achieving sustainable development.
