On Monday, May 26, 2025, Gharyan University participated in an interactive workshop held via Zoom by the General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities. The workshop was dedicated to university ranking coordinators across the Arab world as part of preparations for the launch of the third edition of the Arab University Ranking for 2025.

Representing Gharyan University at the event were the university president and several members of the International Classification Committee. The workshop provided a detailed explanation of the evaluation indicators used in the ranking, along with a comprehensive presentation of the new electronic platform and the process for entering classification data.

This participation reflects Gharyan University's commitment to improving its academic ranking, enhancing institutional and scientific performance, and staying informed on the latest developments in university classification at both regional and global levels.

The Arab University Ranking is one of the key initiatives aimed at promoting the quality of higher education in the Arab world, encouraging universities to compete and excel in various academic, research, and community service performance indicators.
