The Psychology Department at the Faculty of Arts, Gharyan, in collaboration with the Departments of Social Work and Sociology, and the Ibda Libya School, organized a scientific seminar titled "Addressing the Phenomenon of Bullying to Enhance Mental Health" under the slogan "For a Safe Life," sponsored by Gharyan University.

The seminar was supervised by Dr. Mufida Al-Ashhab from the Faculty of Arts, Gharyan.

The seminar was attended by the University President, Dr. Saleh Qashoot, along with several professors and educators from Tripoli and Al Khums, including the guidance and training expert, Mr. Hussein Al-Muradi, the Creative Child Award Office in Tripoli, the distinguished trainer Najat Sultan, Ms. Fawzia Khrawat, Director of the Institute of Health Sciences, Ms. Mona Al-Shibani, Director of the Ibda Libya School, the creative musician Hamida Al-Masrati, Ms. Karima Al-Swai'i, Director of the Disability Office in Gharyan, Ms. Kalthoum Hamza, Director of the Special Needs Office in Gharyan, the Teachers' Union in Gharyan, Mr. Salem Ammar, Director of the Human Resources Office, and some professors from the Higher Institute of Comprehensive Professions in Gharyan, including Ms. Amina Al-Ratil, Mr. Mohamed Bayoud, and Mr. Abdulrazzaq Attallah, as well as the Youth Voluntary Efforts Agency, Western Mountain Branch and Gharyan Branch, and Ms. Intisar Al-Mabrouk Madi, President of the Our Goal Libya and Elections Coalition, along with some staff and security personnel from the Faculty of Engineering.

The seminar concluded with some recommendations to reduce the "phenomenon of bullying".
