| Meeting of the University Faculty Affairs Committee |

The Faculty Affairs Committee held its twelfth meeting of the year 2024 today, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at the headquarters of the Faculty Affairs Department at the University Administration The meeting was attended by the Deputy Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ali Al-Faqih, and committee members led by Prof. Dr. Issam Al-Sayegh Kharwat, Chairman of the Committee, and included:

Dr. Abdul Hakim Mohamed Kurkam.

- Prof. Dr. Mohamed Masoud Ahmed.

- Dr. Mohamed Hussein Qadoua.

Dr. Khamis Al-Mabrouk Ahmed.

- Mr. Abu Al-Qasim Salem Abu Al-Qasim, member of the Legal Office.

- Mr. Fath Mohamed Al-Sadiq, Acting Director of the Faculty Affairs Department and Secretary of the Committee.

The meeting discussed the following agenda items:

1. Review and approval of the previous minutes No. (11) for the year 2024, held on November 26, 2024.

2. Settling the status of faculty members at the university.

The meeting also included promotion items that had been previously presented and new promotions as well as other arising matters.
